LINKBANK Appoints General Counsel

CAMP HILL, Pa.-- LINKBANK is excited to announce the appointment of Melanie Vanderau as the bank’s General Counsel.

In this role, Vanderau will be responsible for overseeing LINKBANK’s legal and compliance functions.

Vanderau obtained her B.A. in Philosophy from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle.

With 15 years of experience in business and banking law, Vanderau worked in house with a banking institution for 2 years and in private practice for 13 years.

Vanderau is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Health Center. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor at Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle.

Growing up in Gettysburg PA, she states that she was drawn to LINKBANK because “the people genuinely care about the region and the bank’s clients, shareholders and employees”. She resides in New Cumberland.
