Jennifer Delaye, Director
Ms. Delaye is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The JDK Group, a full-service event production firm that
began operations in 1987. Ms. Delaye is also the Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Agriculture Systems (INTAG) where she has spearheaded the use of new-age agriculture systems in the event planning industry. Ms. Delaye is a member of the Leading Caterers of America organization and has started a number of restaurant businesses. In 2014 she was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Harrisburg Chamber and has previously been named one of Pennsylvania’s “50 Best Women in Business.
